Shipping Policy
1. You can make payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Prepaid Cards and Wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. We do not accept foreign currency payments currently.
3. We currently ship products only within India.
4. Order is shipped via courier.
5. Once payment is done, your order will be delivered to the given address within 7 working days.
6. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
7. Once the order is shipped from our end you will receive mail from us proving the tracking number and other details. You can visit our courier website and track the shipment status through your account.
9. You can also mail us at info@slicc.in with your order number and we will mail you on the status of your order.
10. In case you want to change the shipping address after placing your order , you need to contact our representative at 022-28514430 (Extn: 333) from Monday to Friday on working days between 10 AM to 6 PM. Please send mail at customerservice@annasimona.com. We will confirm whether it is possible to do or not.
11. If you want to ship different items to different shipping addresses then you need to place different orders for different addresses. Different shipping addresses cannot be clubbed in the same order.
12. Delivery will be done Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM . Delivery is not done on Sundays and National holidays.
13. There will be 2 attempts made for delivery at the address provided . In case there is no person to collect the courier at the given address then an intimation slip will be left at the address and also you will be contacted at your given mobile number for second delivery scheduling. Goods may be returned back after second attempt . In case goods are returned back then you will have to contact our customer service to schedule further delivery at your cost.
14. A consignment shall be considered to be undelivered if
(i) the consignee’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located,
(ii) the consignee fails or refuses to accept delivery. In this case , you will be contacted at your given phone number for the correct address location.
